Step by step
- Open Jobs & planning › Calendar.
- Drag the job onto the Not planned yet list, or click it and press Take off plan.
- You see “Taken off the plan.”
Good to know
The planned time is cleared; the engineer and status stay the same.
To cancel a job, use Cancel job on the job page.
Works together with
- The company calendarEvery planned visit on a month, week or day calendar, coloured by engineer. Drag jobs to move them, click to change the engineer, time and length, and plan the jobs that have no time yet.
- Plan or move a visit on the calendarPut a job on the calendar or move it: drag it, or click it and set the engineer, day, start time and length.
- Cancel a jobCancel a job that will not be done, with a reason. Cancelled jobs are kept for the record but are locked.
