Change a vehicle's driver or dates

Update who drives a van, its make and model, and its MOT, insurance and service dates.

Where: Parts & vans › Vans & vehicles › (vehicle) › EditFor Owners, admins, dispatchers

Step by step

Go to Parts & vans › Vans & vehicles and press Edit at the end of the vehicle's row. A side panel opens.
Change Make and model, Driven by, MOT due, Insurance renewal or Service due.
Press Save. You see "Vehicle saved."

Registration

The registration cannot be changed. If it was typed wrong, take the vehicle off the road and add it again.

Tips

Update the dates as soon as the MOT or service is done, so the amber reminder clears. The Dates due tab lists everything coming up.
