Step by step
- Open the job. The amber card lists each change, the engineer, when it was done on the phone and when it arrived.
- Check whether anything is still needed (for example a status or time) and copy it onto the job yourself.
- Press Mark as checked to clear it.
Why it happens
Engineers can work offline. Their changes are sent when the phone is back online. If the office corrected the job, reassigned it or finished it meanwhile, applying the old change would overwrite newer information, so SubClik keeps it aside instead of losing it.
Offline actions older than 72 hours are refused on the phone with “this offline action is more than 72 hours old; ask the office to record it”.
Works together with
- Working offline (no signal)The engineer app keeps working without signal. Your open jobs are saved on the phone, and what you do is kept with the real time and sent to the office automatically when signal returns.
- Complete a visit on behalf of the engineerWhen an engineer could not use the app (broken phone, no signal, forgot), the office records the whole visit in one step: real times, work done, checklist, readings and the outcome.
- Correct, remove or add time on a jobFix wrong travel or labour times, remove a wrong entry or add missing time. Every change needs a reason and is kept in the audit log.
