Step by step
- Open the job with the blue border in My jobs.
- Read the fault, the address and any access notes.
- Tap Accept job.
What happens next
The status changes to Accepted and the office sees it straight away. The next buttons are On my way and I'm here: start work.
No signal? The tap is saved on the phone and sent later with the time you tapped it.
Questions
Can I accept a job and do it another day?
Yes. Accepting only says you will do it. Use the planned time the office set, or message them to agree a time.
I cannot do this job. What now?
Tap Can't take this job and give a reason. See "Give a job back to the office".
