The boxes
Access: the site's access notes, for example parking or door codes.
Cost limit: the amount you may spend without approval (the higher of the job's limit and any amount the customer already approved). Call the office before fitting anything that takes it over.
Callback: this fault was worked on recently. Check the previous visit under Machine history.
Delivery access: for delivery or collection jobs: floor, lift or no lift, flights of stairs and parking notes.
Returned by the office: the office sent a job you had finished back to you, with their reason. Do what they ask and finish it again.
Questions
Who sets the cost limit?
The office, on the job or from the customer's contract or settings. Ask them if it looks wrong.
What counts as a callback?
A new fault on a machine that had a job completed recently. The office sets how many days count.
Works together with
- A job on the phone, from accept to sign-offEverything for one visit on one screen: the big button for the next step (accept, on my way, start work, finish), the fault, contact, directions, photos, mileage, notes and machine history.
- Callbacks: the same fault coming backWhen you log a job on a machine that was fixed recently, SubClik asks if it is the same fault coming back. A free callback is not charged; a charged one needs a reason.
- Last visits to this machineWhat was done on the last visits to this machine: date, engineer, fault, work done and parts, so you know the history before you start.
- Customer approval by linkEach sent quote has a private link. The customer opens it, sees the lines and totals, types their name and presses Accept quote or Decline.
