Step by step
- Open the job.
- Tap Call (it shows the contact's first name, for example Call Sarah) to ring them. It uses the contact's mobile, then their phone, then the customer's main number.
- Tap Directions to open the site in your maps app.
No phone number?
The button shows No phone and is greyed out. Ask the office to add a number to the contact or the customer, or use Message the office about this job.
Access notes
If the site has access notes (parking, door codes, reception), they show in a yellow Access box on the job. Read them before you arrive.
