Step by step
- Tap Sign out at the top right.
- If there are unsent changes, the phone asks: "N changes have not reached the office yet. They stay on this phone and are sent the next time you sign in here. Sign out?" Tap Cancel to wait for signal first, or OK to sign out anyway.
What happens
The pages saved on the phone for offline use are removed. Unsent changes are not deleted: they are sent the next time you sign in on this phone with the same account.
Tips
- Best practice: wait until the bar at the top no longer says changes are waiting before you sign out or hand the phone to someone else.
Works together with
- Working offline (no signal)The engineer app keeps working without signal. Your open jobs are saved on the phone, and what you do is kept with the real time and sent to the office automatically when signal returns.
- Changes saved by another account on this phoneIf someone else used this phone (or you switched firm) and left unsent changes, a grey note says so. They are sent when that account signs in here again.
