Nothing is lost. Ask the person to sign in on this phone with signal so their changes are sent. Your own changes are not affected.
Works together with
- Working offline (no signal)The engineer app keeps working without signal. Your open jobs are saved on the phone, and what you do is kept with the real time and sent to the office automatically when signal returns.
- Sign out of the engineer appSign out at the top right. If changes made without signal have not reached the office yet, you are warned first, and they stay safe on the phone.
