New pairing code, or move an agent to another computer

Step by step

1. 1On the Agents tab, open Settings and actions under the agent.
2. 2Press New pairing code (agent not installed yet) or Move to another computer (new code) (agent already running).
3. 3The new code appears in the agent's blue pairing code box, valid for 7 days.
4. 4Install the agent on the new computer (or reset the Box) and enter the new code. It takes over from the old one, with the same printers and history.

Works together with

• Add an agent (create a pairing code)Create a pairing code for a customer and site. The code connects one Agent or SubClik Box to that customer; it works once and is valid for 7 days.
• Remove an agentRemove an agent or Box that is no longer used. It can no longer send data; its printers and the readings already received stay in SubClik.
• Disconnect or re-pair an Agent on the PCDisconnect an agent from the portal on the customer's computer, or connect it with a different pairing code.
