Step by step
- Make sure the agent is connected to the portal.
- Open Printers and find the printer marked Not in the portal.
- Press Add to portal. The printer becomes a machine of this customer and site in SubClik.
When you cannot
A printer without a serial number shows No serial number: add it in the portal by hand: link it in Printers & agents instead.
If the portal does not allow it, the agent says the office adds it in Printers & agents.
