Step by step
- On the Printers tab, find the printer marked Not a machine yet.
- If the customer has several sites and the agent is not tied to one, choose the Site….
- Press Add as machine. The new machine opens so you can complete it (contract, location and so on).
When the button is missing
If the printer did not report a serial number you see No serial number reported: link it to a machine. Add the machine by hand in Customers & machines › Machines, then link the printer.
