Step by step
- Open SubClik Agent and go to Portal connection.
- To pair with another code, press Connect with another code, type the new Pairing code and press Connect.
- To stop sending, press Disconnect this computer and confirm. It stops sending meter readings until it is connected again.
Tips
- To stop an agent for good, also press Remove agent in the portal.
Works together with
- New pairing code, or move an agent to another computerMake a new pairing code when the old one expired, or to move the agent to another computer. The agent already installed keeps working until the new code is used.
- Remove an agentRemove an agent or Box that is no longer used. It can no longer send data; its printers and the readings already received stay in SubClik.
- The SubClik Agent window on the customer's PCThe Agent's own window on the customer's computer shows what it found and lets you pair it, choose networks, add printers by address and read its log.
