How to read it
On Printers & agents, click Toner running out in the next 14 days (N) above the printer list to open the forecast. Meters & toner also shows each machine's toner bars.
Each row shows the Customer, the Printer (click it to open the machine or printer), the Toner, its level Now and Empty around a date with how many days are left and the % used a day. Three days or less is shown in red.
The forecast uses the daily levels since the last cartridge change, so it needs a few days of history for a new printer or a new cartridge.
Press Record toner sent and tell the customer → to go to Toner to send.
