Step by step
- Go to Parts & vans › Vans & vehicles and press + Add vehicle at the top right. The Add a vehicle panel opens.
- Enter the Registration (required) and optionally Make and model (optional).
- Choose who it is Driven by, or Pool vehicle (no fixed driver).
- Optionally fill in MOT due (optional), Insurance renewal (optional) and Service due (optional).
- Press Add vehicle. You see "Vehicle added. The engineer's daily mileage is recorded against it."
If it is refused
"A vehicle with this registration is already on the list." and "Registration may use letters, digits and spaces only."

On an engineer's Vehicle tab, + Add a vehicle adds one with that engineer as the driver.
