Delete or copy a chat message

Delete your own message for everyone, or copy a message's text.

Where: Engineer app › Messages › a chat › tap a messageFor engineers, Owners, admins, dispatchers

Step by step

Tap the message (or press and hold it). Its menu opens.
Tap Delete and confirm with Delete under “Delete for everyone?”, or tap Copy text.

Rules

Only your own messages (owners and admins can delete anyone's). Others then see "This message was deleted".

Messages in the engineer appChat with the office and your colleagues, like WhatsApp: a team chat for everyone, a chat per job, and one-to-one chats. Photos and files can be sent in any chat.
