Start a chat with a colleague

Send a one-to-one message to anyone in your firm, or write to everyone in the team chat.

Where: Engineer app › Messages › New chatFor engineers, Owners, admins, dispatchers

Step by step

Open the Messages tab.
Tap New chat and tap the person (use Search people to find them). Or tap an existing chat, or Everyone at your firm for the whole team.
Type your message and tap Send.
