Hide a printer that is not yours (and show it again)

Hide printers the agent found that you do not look after (e.g. a desktop inkjet). Hidden printers do not count, send no readings and do not count towards your plan.

Where: Customers & machines › Printers & agents › Printers tab › Other options… › Hide (not our machine)For Owners, admins, dispatchers

Step by step

  1. On the Printers tab, open Other options… under the printer.
  2. Press Hide (not our machine). It moves to the Hidden tab.
  3. To see hidden printers, click the Hidden (N) tab.
  4. To bring one back, press Show again on the Hidden tab.
