Your subscription
SubClik is paid yearly. Usage & plan shows the date it is paid until; owners and admins get an email 14 days before, and a note at the top of the portal.
If it is not renewed, everything keeps working for 14 more days. After that the portal, the engineer app and the printer agents pause until it is renewed. Nothing is deleted: everything comes back as it was.

You pay only for printers that reported in the month.
10 printers free, always.
£0.60 a printer a month (at least £15 once you pass 10).
£0.45 from 250 printers, £0.35 from 1,000.
No set-up fee, no contract. Pay yearly: 2 months free.

Last 6 months
For each month: Printers reported, Included, Charged (number × rate) and Amount. The current month says (so far).
A printer counts in a month when it sent at least one reading in it. Hidden printers never count.
Prices exclude VAT. Card payments are being set up; until then SubClik invoices monthly.
Questions
A printer was switched off all month. Do I pay for it?
No. Only printers that reported at least once in the month count.
How do I stop paying for a printer that is not ours?
Hide it on the Printers tab of Printers & agents (Other options… › Hide (not our machine)).
We need jobs, engineers and invoicing too.

- Printers & agents: printer monitoringPrinters & agents is where you connect your customers' printers to SubClik. A small Agent on one PC (or a SubClik Box) at the customer finds every printer and sends meters, toner, error codes and jams here every day.
- Hide a printer that is not yours (and show it again)Hide printers the agent found that you do not look after (e.g. a desktop inkjet). Hidden printers do not count, send no readings and do not count towards your plan.
