Step by step
- Open the printer (or, as an engineer, the job for that machine).
- Under Ask the agent press Read now (counters, toner and errors, straight away), Printer report (a full report of the printer) or Agent log.
- The request shows Waiting for the agent, then Agent working, then Done. The page refreshes by itself while it waits.
- When a report or log is done, press Open the printer report or Open the log.
If it does not work
If the agent is not active you see The agent that reads this printer is not connected.
Not picked up means the agent did not ask within the time (PC off or offline). Failed shows the agent's reason.
A full printer report is not available from a SubClik Box yet; use Read now or the Windows agent.
