Step by step
- Open the job and tap Photos and files.
- Tap Take or add photos. The camera opens; you can also choose from your gallery.
- Take or pick up to 10 photos at a time. They upload and appear in the list.
Rules
Photos are shrunk on the phone before upload to save data. Each must be under 10 MB after that.
Only while the job is open (accepted to working, or waiting for parts). On a completed job the button is greyed out.
Without signal, photos are kept on the phone and uploaded later.
Files from the office or the customer are shown separately under Fault › From the office.
Tips
- Photograph the error screen, the serial plate and the part you took out. It saves questions later.
