Step by step
- Tap Solutions at the bottom of the engineer app, then + Add.
- Choose Fix for an error code, type the code and the model.
- Write the steps. Tap Add photo on a step to take a picture with the camera.
- Tap Add solution.
Tips
- Keep each step short: one action per step.
- You can change or delete your own solutions later; the office can change all of them.
