Step by step
- Open the chat.
- Tap Add a photo or file next to the message box and choose a photo or file.
- Add a caption if you want (Add a caption (optional)), then tap Send. Tap × to remove the file before sending.
Limits
Photos, PDF, Word, Excel or text files, 25 MB at most. Otherwise: "That file is over 25 MB. Send a smaller one."
To keep a photo on the job's record, use Take or add photos on the job instead.
Viewing photos
Tap a photo to open it full screen; swipe for the other photos in the chat. Download saves it, and Delete (your own photos) removes it for everyone.
