Step by step
- Read the red bar: "Not saved: <change>. <reason>".
- Fix the cause if you can (for example signal, or a job that was not started), then tap Try again.
- If the change is no longer needed, tap Discard it and confirm. It will not reach the office.
Why sending stops
Changes go in order. Later changes wait until this one is sent or discarded, so (for example) a completion never arrives before the start of work.

I discarded something by mistake.
It cannot be brought back. Tell the office what you did so they can record it.
Works together with
- Working offline (no signal)The engineer app keeps working without signal. Your open jobs are saved on the phone, and what you do is kept with the real time and sent to the office automatically when signal returns.
- A change was not applied because the office got there firstIf the office reassigned or updated a job while your change waited on the phone, your change is not applied over theirs. It is passed to the office instead, and you see an amber note.
