Grouped by customer
Printers are grouped under each customer. Only this customer next to a customer's name narrows the list to them (the page title then shows the customer). Long lists are split into pages.
Columns
Printer: make and model (click for the printer page), serial, IP address, customer and the location set on the printer.
Status: the printer's state and its panel text, plus up to two alerts. If the agent reported since without this printer, it shows last seen ….
Toner: a bar per toner, ink or part.
Counters: total, mono, colour and scans.
Machine: the linked machine, or the buttons to link, add or hide it.
Counts at the top
Agents online (online of active), Printers, Need attention (errors, not seen, or a supply at 10% or less) and Not linked to a machine. Click a count to filter the list.
Works together with
- The printer pageEverything the agent knows about one printer: status and current errors, problem counts, toner forecast, error history, daily counters, readings sent to the machine and the device's own details.
- Link a printer to a machineLink a printer the agent found to a machine on record, so its daily meter readings arrive on that machine and feed contract billing.
- Hide a printer that is not yours (and show it again)Hide printers the agent found that you do not look after (e.g. a desktop inkjet). Hidden printers do not count, send no readings and do not count towards your plan.
