What you see
The status, the printer's own status text and when it was last read.
The printer is in error now with the error codes, if it is in error. Needs attention now for open warnings.
Toner, ink and parts: supply levels.
Error and warning history: every jam, error code and low supply in recent days, with how long it lasted; open ones show Still open.
The heading shows how many problems are open. The section opens by itself when something is open.
Ask the agent
Read now reads counters, toner and errors straight away. Printer report asks for a full report of the printer. Agent log asks for the agent's log file. Each request shows Waiting for the agent, Agent working, Done, Not picked up or Failed. When done, Open the printer report or Open the log.
If the agent at the site is offline you see "The agent that reads this printer is not connected."

Why is this section missing on my job?
The machine is not monitored, or the job has no machine.
Can I use Read now to get meter readings?
It refreshes what the agent sees. Still type your readings in the Meter readings step: they are the readings for this visit.
